Ticket Refund Guidelines
We are sorry you were unable to travel on your scheduled flight(s). A refund for your unused,
unexpired Cape Air ticket is available to you, providing one of the following applies:
· Your Cape Air ticket is a refundable ticket
· Your flight was canceled or significantly delayed due to weather, maintenance, or a crew
related issue, and we were not able to provide acceptable alternate transportation.
Alternatively, the value of your unexpired ticket may be applied towards the
purchase of a new ticket for one year from date of purchase,
except for reservations not cancelled prior to flight time.
The value of your ticket is forfeited if you “no show” for your flight. Refund
requests for extenuating circumstances will be considered if
your ticket was purchased directly from Cape Air.
Ticket Refund Requests
To assist with processing your refund in a timely manner, please use these guidelines:
A. For electronic tickets purchased directly from Cape Air at www.capeair.com, through
the Cape Air call center, city ticket office or Cape Air airport ticket counter,
please submit a request through the web form below.
B. For Cape Air tickets purchased from an online travel website, such as
Expedia, Travelocity, or any other website or travel agent,
please contact your booking agent directly to submit a refund request.
C. For tickets purchased through an airline other than Cape Air,
please contact the airline directly to submit a refund request.
For items B and C, Cape Air can send an “Authorization to Refund” to your booking agent
on your behalf, if requested, which will help to expedite the refund process.
